Composite Legal Expenses can offer your clients a Legal Expenses Insurance policy to cover the cost of legal representation and tribunal awards and/or settlements in the event of an employment tribunal case. It can also cover the costs of defending HSE and other prosecutions.

Most Solicitors hold large databases of personal clients that they have worked with in the past providing services including conveyancing, wills, matrimonial etc. It is in the solicitor’s interest to tie in these clients and encourage them to return to the practice if they are in need of legal assistance sometime in the future.
We can offer a bespoke solution whereby for a nominal premium you can take out a Personal Legal Expenses policy to cover all your personal clients held on your database allowing you to tie in these clients and encourage them to use you rather than a competitor.
You can choose to offer Personal Injury cover taking away the need to make BTE checks or alternatively offer a more comprehensive policy to include Employment, Home Rights, Consumer Disputes and Prosecution Defence.
