Our Legal Expenses Insurance policies include access to a 24/7 Legal Advice Line providing businesses and individuals with essential telephone based “signposting” advice about any legal, employment and Tax issue regardless of whether there is cover in force.

Our Advice Line serves two purposes, firstly it allows us to minimise disruption to businesses and individuals by preventing issues from escalating in the first place. It also acts as the conduit for potential claims to be reported to us.

Composite Legal Expenses are different to some other Legal Expenses Insurers who often provide advice in house.

We believe in impartial independent advice and for this reason our clients will be put through to one of our independent solicitors and consultants who will provide advice and guidance on our behalf.

If you become aware of a potential dispute it is essential that you contact the Legal Advice Line at the earliest opportunity. A delay in notifying us of an issue that may give rise to a claim could jeopardise your ability to be covered so if in doubt call.
