
How To Complain
We hope you never feel the need to complain but if you wish to register a complaint please follow the following procedure.

Please call 0871 423 5240 and ask to speak to the Operations Manager. Calls from a BT Landline cost 10p per minute at all times. Mobiles and other networks may cost more.
Please include or make reference to your policy number, intermediary or broker who sold you the policy and the nature of your complaint.
We will acknowledge your complaint in writing, in order to advise you who will be handling the matter. It is our aim to respond and resolve a complaint within 14 days.
If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Please note that commercial clients who have a group turnover greater than £1,000,000 cannot refer complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
