How much does it cost?
Composite Legal Expenses have arranged preferential rates for businesses that choose to participate in the BIS Control Pilot offering essential protection and peace of mind.
You have the choice of two policies; you can either take out our Employment Legal Protection Policy or a combined Employment and Health & Safety policy. The following annual premiums are based on the number of employees your business employs.

What's Included?
Employment Advice Line
Access to a 24/7 Employment Advice Line providing businesses with essential telephone based “signposting” advice about any employment or HR issue.
Health & Safety Advice Line
Access to a 24/7 Health & Safety Advice Line providing businesses with essential telephone based “signposting” advice about any Health & Safety issue.
Employment Representation
The policy will cover the cost of representing your business at an Employment Tribunal to defend actions brought by employees including unfair dismissal & discrimination claims up to the policy limit of indemnity of £50,000.
Employment Awards
In the event of losing an Employment Tribunal case, the policy also covers any damages awarded by the Tribunal up to the policy limit of indemnity of £50,000.
Health & Safety Prosecution Defence
The policy covers the costs of defending a prosecution for an offence relating to your business activities as a result of an accused breach of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 up to the policy limit of indemnity of £50,000.

All our quoted premiums are based on 12 months of cover and can be purchased using a debit or credit card or a cheque made payable to Composite Legal Expenses Ltd.
Once we have received and processed your order we will email your policy documents directly to you. If you have decided to pay by cheque payment is due within 14 days or cover will lapse.
