  Let Care is a comprehensive Legal Protection and Rent Indemnity policy for Landlords letting their residential or commercial property.
  Let Care will cover the legal costs in disputes with tenants over unpaid rent or damage to the buildings or contents which is not recoverable from the dilapidations deposit. It will also cover legal costs in respect of other evictions.

  The maximum liability under this policy can be up to £50,000 and there is a £25,000 option.
