Welsh company are double finalists in UK
awards!

Cardiff-based Composite Legal Expenses are finalists in this year's prestigious British Insurance
Awards in two categories. The annual British Insurance Awards will recognize the cream of the
UK's insurance industry at the presentation dinner at The Royal Albert Hall on 9th July.

Composite are finalists in two categories - The E-business Award and The Technology Award -
alongside UK and international brand name companies.

Managing Director John Mullin comments: "To win The Western Mail Award for E-commerce
in 2002 was a significant milestone for us, demonstrating we got our formula right, and to be
short-listed twice by a panel of senior influencers from the insurance industry really is the
icing on the cake. As the only Welsh-based company reaching the finals, we're keeping
fingers crossed to be winners, flying the flag for Wales at The Royal Albert Hall on the 9th".

Composite, one of the UK's top legal expenses insurance providers, were winners of the Best
Sales Initiative category in The Welsh Contact Awards earlier this year.

Turnover in 2002 grew to over £14m and pre-tax profits increased dramatically to £2.13m.
One of the keys to Composite's financial success is its strong focus on maintaining a low
expense base through investment in technology.
