Composite Legal Expenses were the winners of the Best Sales Initiative Award in this year's
Welsh Contact Centre Awards held in Cardiff at the end of January. Composite were also
finalists in the category for the Most Innovative Use of Technology.

Commenting on their success, Composite's Managing Director John Mullin said: "We were particularly delighted with this win as we were up against stiff competition from the other finalist in the category, Lloyds TSB. The Award recognised our effective use of the telephone and e-commerce to promote and support our unique Event Litigation Funding (ELF) Initiative which gives solicitors secure on-line access to funding for handling personal injury claims". This is the second win for Composite's ELF initiative. In April 2002 ELF won the Western Mail's Welsh Business Award for E-commerce.
