At the Awards ceremony in the City, Composite's MD John Mullin presented Glenda Wright, Director of Alexander Forbes Professions, with the Insurance Age Award 2003 for the Claims Initiative of the Year. The runner up was PI Direct. The Award, which recognises excellence and professionalism in claims, was sponsored by Composite for the second year running.
